Walking in a winter wonderland, wondering where the year has gone...

As the year comes to a close, I dont know if I am any closer to figuring out what I'm doing and where I'm going, but I'm still having fun so I guess I can take solace in that. However grown up thoughts are starting to form as I contemplate re-entering the world of professional engineering from which I have taken a leave of absence for almost 2 years! The gay abandon of taking life as
it comes has been lots of fun, but perhaps it's time for more now... Sure enough I'll keep you posted though :)

Below are some random pics from December. My gadding about has meant the last winter I had was in NZ back in July 2005 - 2½ years without a winter meant it was kinda hard getting used to London's winter which has been rather frosty thus far, but it is a rather beautiful city in winter as well!

The Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square which is a present from Oslo to the people of London for their assistance during WWII

Brrr. The morning frost on the way into work

Thanks everyone for reading in 2007, Happy New Year to you all! :)

  • My gosh, was that Canada Water!!! It looks so different to how I saw it! Hopefully you get some snow to make it worth it :-)
