The Canadian II - The Prairies (Edmonton to Winnipeg)

I hopped back on the train in Edmonton on Mon 17 April at 17:30 and arrived in Winnipeg on Tues 18 April at 12:25. The first leg of The Canadian had been mountains, this leg was pretty much Prairies! It meant the scenery was (relatively!) unchanging but it paved the way for some good conversation, chatted with a lovely lady from Winnipeg which helped passed the time quite quickly.

This was the view for much of the trip. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get a shot with a house to be able to caption a photo "little house on the prairie" but I'm sure you'll forgive me.
